Overview

We are quarantine friendly here meaning We meticulously clean and sanitize between guests. We ask that guests practice 6 feet distance in shared spaces and wear a mask through covid-19. I am 100% up to code with all short term rental requirements. I have lovingly outfit these rooms with all the things I love best when staying in an air bnb. Black out curtains, smart tv, ear plugs, fridge, luggage racks, vanity and full length mirror. Plenty of outlets.

This house is a charmer from 1924.

My neighborhood is ethnically diverse. If that bothers you, this is not the place for you. I have lived in this area for over 9 years and LOVE it. People care about each other. There are wonderful restaurants, and bars to visit that are close by.

The space

Your room is #1 “The Madison Room” and says this on the door. First door on your left. Equipped with a full bed. Smart tv, fridge, hair dryer, luggage rack and more. There are two other rooms in the house that may have guests or a long term Roomate in. I, myself , reside in one of the two in the upstairs room.

The living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom are all shared spaces. Safety features include: Smoke Detector, Carbon Monoxide Detector and First-Aid Kit
